PROPERTY AGENT BUSINESS

1. Photocopy of Academic Certificates

 

(Photocopy of Highest level Certificate + Cambridge GCE“O” level Certificate. If certificates are foreign ones, please include email from CEA stating that thesecerts are equivalent to GCE 4 “O” Level.

 

2. Relevant Certificates for CEA consideration.

 

Example: RES Exam Result or RES Certs for NewApplicants. Other industry certificates like CES, CEA. SISV, CEHA etc required for existing agentstransferring to DTZ.

 

3. CEA Registration Form for “New Salesperson”. CEA Fee for 2014 is $283.50 for new applicantor transferring agent. Separate Cheque to make payable to “DTZ Property Network Pte Ltd”. Pleasenote that CEA takes 4 to 6 weeks to process every application.

 

4. Photocopy of NRIC (Back & Front)

 

5. FIVE Color Passport PHOTOS with WHITE Background.

 

Men - Dark Jacket & Tie / Ladies withDark Jacket) – Please provide well taken photos with proper attire & white background as they areuse for Names cards/Access Card & for Singapore Press Holdings).

 

6. Photocopy of Front Page of DBS or POSB Savings

 

Acct Bank Book or Bank Statementshowing FULL NAME & ACCOUNT No. of Applicant. Company will need this to activate your Girofor commission payment. (Your future commission will be credited into this bank account)

 

7. Initial Startup Name Cards $32.10 for 200 pieces; $64.20 for 500 Pieces etc.Payment via Cheque or Credit Card.

 

8. DTZ Main Door Access Card Fee – Separate Cheque of $20.00 issue to “DTZ PropertyNetwork Pte Ltd”

 

9. Get an Email Address ready for your name cards and communication purpose. Please note thatpersonal email address with the word “DTZ” in the address is not allowed for use on our name cards.Company will also provide you will a DTZ email. However, please do provide a personal one now forcurrent use.

 

10. Professional Indemnity Insurance Fee with Cheque made payable to “QBE INSURANCE(INTERNATIONAL) LTD”. You may pay via Credit Card. Refer to application form for Insurance details.

 

Important Notice:

 

1. Applicant has to submit all documentation & agency contract to DTZ management forapproval. Once DTZ Management approves it, applicant’s particulars will be keyed into CEAwebsite & a form will be generated later on. DTZ admin staff will email the applicant to comedown to DTZ office to sign on the printout which comes with a 7 days expiry deadline. Thisform cannot be signed in advance & hence applicant’s understanding on this matter isappreciated.

 

2. Detailed Employment History is important for CEA consideration -. Applicant should state inhis/her CEA application form –Name of last 2 companies they worked for- the positions held-– From when to when- Reason for leaving (Resignation, Retrenchment or Termination) etc.Any lack of details in employment history may delay approval. Please be thorough in thisaspect.

 

Income Statements / Payment Vouchers to be provided by applicants requesting for Titlesabove Sales Executive (Only required for Experience Agents transferring to DTZ)

 

- Last few years Gross Commission Received for their past & current property firms.

- Company can consider Property Income Statements from ex-firms or Payment Vouchers.

- Previous company name cards and all forms of supporting documents showing property commissionsreceived.

- Singapore Poly in Property Development & Facilities Management.

- Singapore Poly’s Diploma in Building & Property Management.

 

The following certs BELOW are valid only if Applicants are currently registered with CEA or thosewho have been previously or currently registered with CEA:

 

To be provided for Registered Salesperson crossing over to DTZ from other firms.

These certs are no longer valid for applicants who are not currently registered with CEA.
