RES Compulsory Courses & Exams

Taking the course and examinations is compulsory for you to become a licensed Real Estate Agent in Singapore. Nobody likes exams. The fortunante thing is that this one isn't that difficult to pass! :)

1. Compulsory Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course

All new agents have to enrol for a compulsory Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course prior to taking the RES Exam.

2. RES Course Requirements:

Minimum 4 GCE "O" Level passes or equivalent or Overseas qualifications or private diplomas - Assessment by regulatory authority to determine if qualification is recognized or Level 5 and above for the Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) assessment in these 5 components (Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing and Numeracy)
